can you ship a new telescope to me?
Yes, of course. We are happy to ship your new telescope to you if you live in the lower 48 states. We keep telescopes sealed and wrapped in manufacturer shipping boxes in order to keep the scope in perfect condition when it arrives. However, keep in mind that it's best to visit our showroom. You'll get a chance to see a large selection and choose the right model for you.
CAN YOU SHIP CHEMICALS?
Yes! We have been shipping chemicals since we opened our doors. However, we recommend visiting our store in San Antonio for chemical purchases. We stock thousands of chemicals for you.... and, it's much cheaper than shipping. If you prefer that we ship a chemical to you, keep in mind that UPS charges an additional $29 fee on all hazardous chemicals. Let us know how we can meet your chemical needs.

Our prices and descriptions are current at the time of posting. However, prices do change. And, sometimes, we may even find a mistake in the description. So, keep in mind that we reserve the right to update an item to its current price, or cancel an order in the instance of an error in price, manufacturer price change, or erroneous description. In the rare case you place an order that contains an error, we will be happy to notify you before we ship or cancel. Our priority remains the same since 1970: provide the highest quality items at reasonable prices so you'll come back soon!

Your order will ship UPS or USPS with a tracking number. Unfortunately, UPS and USPS have gotten so streamlined that they often leave packages (unattended) at your residence.
Businesses must clarify who is responsible for your order while in transit: All items purchased from Analytical Scientific, LTD. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and responsibility for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once an order leaves our warehouse, your tracking number is proof of delivery, thereby releasing your order from our custody and responsibility, and into the custody and responsibility of the carrier. In the rare case of a missing order, the customer must work with UPS or USPS to locate it using the tracking number. Proof of arrival is the responsibility of the customer, UPS, or USPS.
We recommend SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION and/or DELIVERY INSURANCE. This service is available for both UPS and USPS for a small fee. You are welcome to call us if you would like to add this service for peace of mind after it leaves our warehouse.
